Found a number that looks wrong, an offer we haven’t listed, or a program you’d like added? We’d like to hear about it. Hotel programs change their rules often, and reports from people using the calculators are one of the best ways we have of keeping them accurate.

Reporting an error

Tell us the program and the calculator you were using, what you entered (status, credit card, offers selected and the stay cost), and the result you expected. If your hotel account was credited a different number of points, the figure from your statement helps us find the cause quickly.

A missing or outdated offer

Send a link to the offer page or its terms and conditions. Offers are added by hand, so a link to the official source is the quickest way to get one listed or corrected.

Requesting a program

Let us know which hotel loyalty program you’d like to see and, if you have it, a link to its earning rates. Requests help us decide which programs to add next.

What we can’t help with

We are independent and have no access to hotel loyalty accounts. For missing points, bookings, status or anything else to do with your membership, please contact the hotel program directly.
